✌Prayer for Courage

Joshua 1:9 Have I not commanded you? Be strong and courageous. Do not be afraid; do not be discouraged, for the Lord your God will be with you wherever you go.” 

Prayer for Courage: Heavenly Father,  I open my heart and mind to Your Word. Your Word is life, health, power and strength to me.  Fill me with Your strength today. Let me not despair. Keep me close to You always as I put You first in everything I do.

Today I choose to close the door on fear. I will guard my heart and not dwell on the fear that tries to surround me. Fill me with Your love and faith as I meditate on Your Word in Jesus’ name. Amen.

Today’s Declaration: Today I stand firm on God’s word because it is truth, a weapon of warfare, and it is my sword.  

Bible verse: Proverbs 3:5-6 Trust in the LORD with all your heart And do not lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge Him, And He will make your paths straight.
